Your training is tailored to you for the full duration of your coaching. Programming evolves over time to reflect progress, fatigue, recovery, and changing goals.. not fixed blocks or recycled templates.

Weekly check-ins with detailed feedback

Each week we review your training performance, technique, recovery, and capacity. You’ll receive clear feedback, technical adjustments where needed, and specific targets to guide the next phase of your training.

Technique refinement and movement guidance

Efficient movement matters. Coaching includes ongoing refinement of technique, addressing weak points, improving control under load, and supporting longevity in training.

An educational approach to nutrition

Nutrition is approached with context and understanding, not rigid rules. You’ll learn how to fuel your body in a way that supports performance and body composition while remaining flexible and realistic.

Calorie and macronutrient targets

You’ll be provided with clear calorie and macronutrient targets aligned with your goals. These are reviewed and adjusted as required based on progress, lifestyle demands, and adherence.

Ongoing nutritional feedback and adjustments

Nutrition is reviewed regularly, with guidance around consistency, recovery, energy availability, and navigating social or high-stress periods without losing momentum.

Recovery and fatigue management

Training adaptations depend on recovery. Guidance around sleep, workload, stress, and recovery strategies is included to support sustainable progress and reduce injury risk.

Lifestyle collaboration

Coaching extends beyond the gym. We work together to build routines, habits, and systems that fit your lifestyle. Supporting long-term consistency rather than short bursts of effort.

Ongoing support and accountability

You’ll have consistent communication, clarity around expectations, and honest feedback throughout the coaching process. Accountability is built through structure and understanding, not pressure.
